Excellent planning, smooth trip

I booked a 'Maßgeschneiderte Erlebnisreise' to Costa Rica with Tourlane back in March, and the experience was largely positive. The initial consultation call was thorough, and the travel expert really listened to what I wanted for an adventure-focused trip. We settled on a Dschungel-Expedition combined with some Strandurlaub. The planning process took about three weeks with a few revisions, which was fine. All my documents, including flight bookings and hotel vouchers, were accessible through their Reise-App, which was handy. Arrival transfers were seamless, and the local guides were knowledgeable. I had a small issue with a hotel booking on day four, where they initially gave me a room with two single beds instead of a double, but a quick call to Tourlane's 24/7 support resolved it within an hour. They even followed up to make sure everything was sorted. Overall, a very well-organized trip, and the local insights were great. Just a minor hiccup with the room type, but it was handled quickly.

Perfect honeymoon trip!

We booked our Hochzeitsreise to Bali through Tourlane and it was absolutely magical! From the first chat, the travel expert was so helpful and understood exactly what we dreamed of. We did a mix of Kulturreise and then some serious Strandurlaub. The hotels were incredible, especially the boutique one they found for us – pure luxury! The private driver was always on time and super friendly. We even added a spontaneous Kochkurs, and Tourlane sorted it out immediately. It was genuinely the best trip we've ever taken. I'm already thinking about our next adventure with them!

Loved my Roadtrip experience

So, I decided to do a Roadtrip through the US southwest, and Tourlane helped me put it all together. It was super easy to explain what I was looking for – lots of national parks, kind of an 'Abenteuerreise' vibe. The person I talked to was really chill and got what I wanted. They sorted out the Mietwagenrundreise part perfectly. The hotels they picked were all pretty cool, not just standard chains, which was a nice surprise. Everything just worked out, no stress at all on the trip, which is exactly what you want when you're driving around. Felt like they really understood what makes a good trip.

Safari trip was great

Planned a Safari through Tourlane. The process was quick. Everything went smoothly from booking to the trip itself. Guides were good. No complaints, would use them again.
